Exacaster’s team is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Pilot team.

Junior Data Analyst, Pilot Team: Ready to turn data into global business impact? We're seeking a quick-thinking analyst with a passion for the "so what?" of data. You'll use standard tools and Exacaster's tech to analyze, validate, and optimize solutions for diverse international clients – it's never the same day twice. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
  • Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex business problems with a focus on automation and improvements to the user/customer experience.
  • Complete technical tasks such as writing ad-hoc scripts for optimizing/automating daily tasks, DQ checks, and tests based on senior colleagues/client requests.
  • Perform QA internal tests and prepare documentation on process flows.
  • Create datasets and extracts for audit requests.
  • Working closely with the Senior Data specialists and developers along with business stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and end-user satisfaction.
  • Working closely with the QA testing team to ensure new and existing functionality is properly implemented.
  • Monitor running processes related to source systems data load, and analytical calculations.
  • Identify and fix the failed processes related to source systems data load, and analytical calculations (with assistance, if needed).
  • Review existing processes and fix process quality to a predefined standard.

We are looking for a person who has:

  • Hands on experience on extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets using SQL.
  • Capability to learn new skills & technologies quickly.
  • Ability to break down problems into individual tasks and design simple architectures.
  • Ability to assess the impact of changes on a process level.
  • Understanding of data flow from source to end customer.
  • Monitoring the quality of running processes as per provided guidelines.
  • Fluency in communication with external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • High attention to details.
  • Team player attitude.
