  • Creation of extracts and structured datasets for internal audits and controls.
  • Translate business logic and financial requirements into technical data models.
  • Collaboration with dev and analyst teams to ensure alignment with backend data flows.
  • Contribute to documentation for logic flows and data interfaces.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines (e.g. Airflow, custom scripts)
  • Identify, escalate, improve and resolve failures in scheduled jobs, data refreshes, data integrity standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and logic validations.
  • Work with QA to validate features and regression outcomes.

We are looking for a person who has:

  • Proficiency in SQL and querying large datasets.
  • Understanding of data lineage and ETL pipelines from ingestion to reporting.
  • Good knowledge of Python scripting.
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows and version control.
  • Ability to debug and troubleshoot data and logic issues independently.
  • Ability to assess the impact of changes on the process or system level.
  • Attention to detail and awareness of process-level impact.
  • Strong written and spoken English; confident communicating with stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, structured and solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have things:

  • Experience in financial reporting, audit support or regulatory data flows.
  • Exposure to job scheduling tools (Airflow, etc.).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
  • Knowledge of the SDLC and Agile delivery practices.
  • Comfort using tools like Jupyter, Hue, Jira, Confluence.

We promise:

  • Monthly salary for this position from 2160 EUR to 2700 EUR gross for a full time role.
  • Participation in the company’s stock options program.
  • Flexible Benefits & Personal learning budget.
  • 10 Growth Days per year - dedicated time for learning and development.
  • Ownership and dynamics in your role.
