Customer Success Lead

At Exacaster we impact the lives of over 40 million consumers on a daily basis by working with clients in the Baltics, USA, Central and South America and the Caribbean. Overall, we operate one of the largest big-data environments in the Baltics, and we certainly have one of the most diverse sets of data and pursue some of the most challenging analytical projects.
Exacaster’s team is looking for a Customer Success Lead to join our Account Management team.

About the role: 

We are looking for a person to represent customers' perspective within Exacaster and make sure the client gets the value it expects to receive; that it is satisfied with Exacaster's products and services, is aware of what we can offer; and generates a stable or increasing income year over year.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Project & Service Delivery: Develop a deep understanding of client needs, priorities, and business goals. Guide internal delivery teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Balance scope, time, and budget, maintaining open communication with senior stakeholders to prevent and resolve issues.
  • Change Request Management: Define the scope for new requests, prepare commercial quotes, and handle documentation. Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure capacity and smooth execution.
  • Contract & Financial Management: Lead contract renewals, pricing decisions, invoicing, and legal adjustments. Oversee financial processes to ensure timely payments and forecast service demand.
  • Business Development: Identify and drive new commercial opportunities within existing client relationships. Expand service offerings, negotiate terms, and assist clients in planning and approving budgets.
  • Value Delivery Audit: Collect and analyze client feedback to assess delivered value. Lead internal improvements to boost client satisfaction and drive measurable impact.

We are looking for a person who has:

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Lithunian.
  • Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills.
  • Attention to detail as you will be dealing with numbers, prices, and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Broad understanding of big organizations and their typical challenges.
  • Ability to quickly build new relationships.
  • Ability to structure unstructured situations and problems.
  • Project management experience.
  • Commercial negotiations experience.

Nice to have skills:

  • PMP/Prince2 Practitioner certification.
  • Ability to review and edit commercial contracts.
  • Experience in the consulting industry.
