About the team:
You would join a Manage Services team that provides technical support to all our existing clients. Team works with existing solution daily, according to agreed service plan, such as: maintaining status quo, small requests (and minor changes), planned/agreed changes and platform updates.

The challenge:
To learn and understand big data specifics.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prompt reaction to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure all received tickets assigned and resolved according to SLA.
  • Fix issues as they arise, update documentation.
  • Communicate with customers, act as single point of contact.
  • Analyze incident trends, prepare service statistical information.

We hope you have:

  • Some IT Service management system knowledge (Jira, ServiceNow, Ivanti, Marval, other).
  • Basic computer science knowledge (IAM, networking, Linux).
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • High attention to details.
  • Team player attitude.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Google workspace / MS Office 365 users administration.
  • ITIL knowledge.
